Our "Medusa" Tuned Header System was designed specifically for the Indian line of motorcycles. The "Medusa" is available to fit Indian Chiefs, Spirits and Scouts 99 & up, this includes the 02 thru 2010 Chiefs.

Very aggressive performance, sound and styling, (has the same horsepower as our Track-Tuned header with more torque). Comes Standard with Black ceramic pipes muffler and tip with our chrome Designer heat shields, other finish options and tips are available. When ordering please state model & year, with desired finish.

Hacker Custom Exhaust introduces our new style Nostalgic™ 2 into 1 header. We closed the books on our old Style NOS Header and totally updated the styling and while we were at it, added a hell of a lot more power to it at the same time. With proper jetting and our NOS header we pulled 16 more horsepower and 20 ftlbs of over stock, this was on an H-D 88" twin cam. S&S engines respond with even more power. Our Headers have been dyno tested by many shops and our headers have more power than the Thunderheader, Road Rage, Pro Pipe and Big Radius (limp dick), with Very hard hitting mid range power, this is the power range where most headers fall short!

Now you have both style and serious performance gains along with a great sounding exhaust. Our Nos-Header comes complete with heatshields, all mounting hdwr, and choice of tips. We also offer a quiet option for our headers. Our quiet option tuned inserts are approx 96-97 decibels, our standard H-P tuned inserts are approx 103 decibels, (stock pipes are 80, and open straight pipes are in the low 120s). New addition for the Indian 99- 01 Chiefs, all Spirits and Scouts. The War-header with its up-to-date styling and your choice of chrome on chrome, chrome on black ceramic, or all black will turn your bike into a completely different beast. More mid-range and top end power than Thunderheader with a deeper toned bark. The picture on the top is showing the War-header in chrome over chrome with a 12 inch muffler can. See length options on more page. The picture on the bottom, shows the same pipe in black. Independant testing has proven our War-Header has more power from 2600 rpms than the Thunderheader and Bassani Road Rage, with a deeper toned bark!

Our new Mayhem header system is awesome. Picture shown here is on a 2001 Indian Spirit in black ceramic with chrome heat shields. Our Mayhem has been designed to give a completely different look to your motorcycle while greatly enhancing the low end and mid range power with a nice wide powerband. Our Mayhem sounds like nothing else on the market and has a nice loud bark. If you want attention from the crowd, this is the system for you. Options for this system at regular price are black on black with black collector and black heat shields, black with chrome collector and warheader heat shields.

Hacker Custom Exhaust performance Slip-On exhaust systems are offered in a variety of finishes, styles and offer Big power gains throughout the power band. They use the existing head pipes, keeping the look of the stock exhaust but increasing horsepower and torque up to 20 percent over stock. They come with the choice of cores allowing the rider to tune toward the low end or top end of the power-band for unmatched engine performance between 2500 and 5500 RPMs. They are offered in chrome or ceramics with choice of tips.
