Suzuki M109R "Mayhem" Header System. Newly designed collector for a more streamlined look. Our Mayhem is extremely popular for you riders who want something totally different with a Custom look. These have proven to be the most powerful pipes you can get for your M109. The Mayhem collected exhaust is a VERY limited exhaust system, we do one production run per year, this gives a unique set of pipes with a total custom look for your M109.

Our Mayhem collector has been slightly redesigned, it now has a deeper tone, a little less noise, but... No loss in performance!

Production update 12-30-09, These are now in process and we expect to start delivery in March 2010!! The Tru-Duels™ offer the classic look of twin pipes with many personalization options. They use equal length pipes from the engine head all the way to the end for optimum performance. Riders can chose different cores to tune the power band and the sound, including the highly sought after “quiet” core which significantly reduces noise without losing performance. Options include chrome or black ceramic. Choice of tips are tapered slash, rotatable slash, billet tip., all to complete the look of the bike. We are taking pre-orders for the next production run.

They use existing head pipes, keeping the look of the stock exhaust but increasing horsepower and torque up to 15 percent over stock. They come with the choice of cores allowing the rider to tune toward the low end or top end of the power-band for unmatched engine performance between 2500 and 5500 RPMs. They are offered in chrome and ceramic with different length options and tips/cuts.
